Our pages describe capabilities, products, engineering practices and selected Portfolio work. Articles and other resources provide general information. They are not a proposal, a promise to deliver a particular result or advice tailored to your legal, financial, regulatory or technical circumstances.

We aim to keep information useful and accurate, but descriptions can change as services and products develop. Confirm material details with us before relying on them to make a purchasing or implementation decision. Availability, timing, technical fit and commercial terms depend on the specific engagement.

Sending an enquiry, discussing an idea or receiving an acknowledgement does not itself create a project agreement or reserve delivery capacity. A commercial engagement requires agreement on the applicable scope and responsibilities.

A proposal, statement of work, service agreement or product-specific terms will set out the relevant commitments. If an applicable signed agreement differs from these general website terms on a project matter, that agreement governs that matter.

Submitting a message does not transfer ownership of your existing work to Nivarix; it allows us to use the message for handling your request.

Original Nivarix website text, design, code, graphics and brand materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Third-party names, trademarks, images and other materials remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not, by itself, imply endorsement or a partnership.

You may view the site and share links to publicly available pages. Any copying, adaptation, commercial redistribution or use of brand assets must be permitted by the relevant owner, an applicable licence or the law. Preserve attribution where required and do not present copied material as your own. Rights to software or other work delivered for a client are determined by the project agreement.

Portfolio examples describe selected work in its published context. An approach or result from one engagement does not guarantee the same outcome for another organization. Requirements, operating conditions and third-party dependencies affect what is appropriate and achievable.

Product descriptions and demonstrations may evolve. Access to a product, a trial or an external demonstration can be subject to separate terms, eligibility, availability and privacy information. Check the relevant product page or contact us to confirm the current position before committing to a deployment.
